1st GeSt Partners meeting in Lithuania, 11-12 December, 2015

The 1st partners meeting
11-12 December, 2015, Kaunas

The kick-off meeting attributed the main initial procedures for the successful project management: introduction of the project consortium and all the partners institutions, as well as the main project‘s goal, objectives and tasks to be implemented in order to reach the results foreseen continuously monitoring the consortium responsibilities, duties and obligations. The project coordinator presented administrative issues of Erasmus+ Capacity Building projects in the field of higher education, namely, project administrative aspects, contractual and financial management of the grant.
