The consortium is formed on the basis of professionalism, mutual complement and quality sufficient experience of project implementation. It consists of 10 higher education institutions from Lithuania, Greece, Hungary, Morocco, Tunisia and  Ukraine and 3 NVO as associated partners.

Established in 1922, Vytautas Magnus University, with about 8000 Bachelor and 2000 Master degree students, is one of the most liberal and modern academic institutions in Lithuania. The present-day situation in AUTH is the following: there are 10 faculties, consisting of 44 departments, 5 independent departments, and branches located in surrounding cities. AUTH is today the largest university in the country, with about 42.000 “active” students.
