Quality of the project
Quality of the project can be defined as meeting the set project expectations or exceeding the project expectations achieved by way of deliverables and/or activities performed to produce those deliverables. Internal project evaluation enables to collect the data on the status of the internal project work flow in order to involve project partnership, the target groups, and other actors for the constant and open discussion on the project performance and progress indicators or obstacles focusing on quality issues. The purpose of internal project evaluation is to allow partners to collect early quality assurance monitoring data before the project is in the final stage in order to ensure that consortium identifies challenging issues and takes all necessary steps to finalise the project according to the best expectations and the highest possible level of quality.
